About the job
We are looking for a grounds person to join our professional teams working on varied private residential, rural estate, and commercial arboricultural contracts throughout East Central Kansas.
The successful applicant will join a professional, friendly and conscientious team who take great pride in their work. Salary negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications. Our company offers paid holidays. All PPE equipment is provided. This is a full-time position. Some overtime may be required.

Preferred Skills
The successful candidate will be capable of carrying out physically demanding work and have a good eye for detail. A driver license is required and proven ability and experience in a similar role is desirable.

Foreman
Wellnitz Tree Care, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, diligent, and enthusiastic team player to fill the role of Crew Leader/Foreman. Applicants must have a clear understanding of how to perform arboriculture work, be committed to ensuring safe working practices, and provide high-quality service to our customers. Some overtime may be required.

Required Skills:
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in arboriculture work/foreman experience
ISA Certification or the ability to acquire within 6 months of employment

Job Duties:
Pruning and removing trees
Using hand-held equipment
Maintain all required paperwork
Lead team effectively
